I am Jim Lui and was introduced to some amazing “Health Food Products” plus “Health Concept” by one of my close friend Alan Ng. During that time, I did not accept them immediately due to my naive belief that my health is alright though I was overweight with body mass of 85kg with 1.7m frame at BMI of 29 plus.
One day, I had a free medical check through a mobile truck and was asked to seek immediate advice from Doctor as my blood pressure and cholesterol was very high. Doctor confirmed then, BP was 180/110 and Total Cholesterol at 318 mg/dl (8.2 mmol/L) with LDL at 236 mg/dl (6.11 mmol/L). I was immediately prescribed medication by doctor to bring down my BP and Cholesterol level. After consuming the medication for months, I was asked to go for another medical check annually for my Liver and Kidney, which could be due to the possible side effects from medication. At that moment, my mind suddenly flashed with thoughts that medication could prevent me from heart attack or stroke but the side effects may destroy my liver or kidneys, which require dialysis.

I then wish for an alternative way and I remembered Alan, who shared with me about a year ago with regard to the health concept through natural path. I took the products and followed the health concept closely for 3 months and started slimming down; my BP and Cholesterol level were even better. After 7 months, my weight dropped to about 65 kg (BMI = 22 plus) and BP plus Cholesterol went to within normal high level without any medication.

Both my parents are obese, including all my 3 brothers. I was told by many, including professional that this is genetic and being overweight for so many years, I kind of accept it totally.
However, since following the health concept in year 2003, I managed to stay slim, healthier and now I know how one feel when people say I look younger.
With the amazing and fantastic results, I started sharing this wonderful concept to my family and people around me. During that same period, coincidently, my wife had a 15mm cyst in her womb which required follow up with her genealogist in 3 months time, to see if the status of the cyst. According to the doctor, if the size grew bigger, she would recommend operation to remove it. When my wife went back to the doctor, we were shocked that the cyst had disappeared. Frankly, my wife and I did not believe that it was the health concept that has helped us until months later we met someone with a more serious similar situation claiming how the health products had helped her.

My family started vegetarian diet in late 2004 by choice, for better health and love for animals. My mum and my mother in law were very concern then and kept saying “One will not have strength without meat”. My faith indeed was shaken but we kept going as we agreed to keep our promise to this trial for a year. In fact, we have since been vegetarian for about 5 years. My family did not fall sick easily like before. My son has been a vegetarian since he was 4 year old and today, at aged 9, he broke the athletic club record for 400m, 800m and triple jump. He also won the 800m and the x-country run in Victoria State in his age group. His personal best run time for 2.4km is about 9 minutes and did once a 10km at 46 minutes. It has been proven that vegetarians do have the strength and energy, just like horses and elephants and amazing people like Carl Lewis (Former 100m champion), Edwin Moses (Former 400m Hurdler Champion), Ghandi, Einstein etc.
However, I also understand that vegetarians can be lack of Protein, B6, B12 or Iron if we do not know how to do it right. We therefore continue to take the health food supplements till today because we need all the necessary nutrients and minerals etc for our body.
I have shared this concept with many people around me and have heard many amazing stories, which can be compiled into a book if I continue to share here.
I am extremely thankful to Alan and the Company, for this wonderful health concept that my family has benefitted so much. I have paid it forward to people around me, and with this testimonial, I hope it will help and touch more people who want health.
